They do a great job and carry a whole line of top rated products. They have great techs that do the installation and are really open 24 hours seven days a week in case you have an emergency!!

I locked myself out of my apartment yesterday. I'm lucky my friend was with me. He had Seattle Locksmith's phone number. The locksmith came 15 minutes after I called and opened the door in a sinch.

These companies are notorious for taking advantage of vulnerable people who have been locked out of their car, home or business. They falsely advertise and quote low prices for their services then when they get to your location, they change the pricing most often OVER-CHARGING CUSTOMERS BY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!

I had one of there locksmiths come and rekey my locks for me. The job he did was excellent and he did not charge much at all. I am very pleased with there customer serivce and the locksmiths punctuality.

I would not recommend this company for you locksmith needs. I called at 9.15am and was told that someone would be out within 30 minutes to fix our lock. 2 hours and 3 phone calls (sent directly to voicemail) later, there was still no sign of them. I contacted another locksmith who was far more professional, called me back right away and actually showed up to do the job requested. Obviously, this company is doing so well they can afford to provide terrible customer service and turn customers away. Best of luck to them!

I locked myself out of my car. I called seattle locksmith and they showed up in less then 20 minute I Paid 20% less then the other locksmiths I called
